Cancellation
and Refund
In this Policy you have all the rules regarding the cancellation of tickets/registrations and how refunds are processed.

The Participant has the possibility to cancel his/her participation in the Dance Summer Camp at any time before it starts.

In case of cancellation, the Participant must immediately notify the organization via email dancesummercamp@viaurbana.pt .

In the event of cancellation by the Participant, the DSC organization reserves the right to deduct cancellation costs from the refund, calculated up to the date of the cancellation request. The said deductions are as follows:
up to 40 days from the first day of the event - 10 Euros;
39 to 31 days from the first day of the event - 15 Euros;
30 to 21 days from the first day of the event - 20 Euros;
20 to 14 days from the first day of the event - 25 Euros;
13 to 8 days from the first day of the event - 30 Euros;
7 to 2 days from the first day of the event - 35 Euros;
1 day or less from the first day of the event - 40 Euros.
Withdrawal costs will not be charged in the event of death of the Participant or direct family members, upon proof thereof.
